Ilker is the operational backbone of Ministry of Coffee and the reason it
works, day in and day out. He has built and run serious businesses in Los
Angeles for decades, leading teams of up to 85 people across more than 300
sites. He knows what scaling really takes, systems that hold, structure that
makes sense, and leadership people actually follow.

At Ministry he has helped grow the business to six sites with essentially
the same core team. Not by pushing harder, by leading better. He keeps
people calm, focused and proud of what they are building. He is last in and
first out, does the hard yards, and makes big problems feel manageable. That
is why he is central to taking Ministry from seven sites to fifty without
losing the culture, the care or the quality.

Ilker is a true leader of people, who cares and commits to the Ministry
team. Ask anyone on the floor and they'll say the same. Ilker's the one
they'd follow anywhere.

Sean is the commercial engine behind Ministry of Coffee and the bloke making
sure the brand scales without losing what makes it special. He has spent the
last couple of decades building businesses across Oz and overseas, including
growing his family company from zero to $100m turnover, 450 plus people and
12 offices in nine years, before a successful sale to ASX listed partners.

At Ministry he handles the essential work behind real growth. Sites,
contracts, deals, finance, partnerships and the standards that protect the
brand as it expands. He has been building MOC alongside the founders since
2013, setting the frameworks, supplier relationships and operating model
across Australia and the US.

Sean's focus is simple. Earn trust with our asset owner partners, stay cash
flow positive and profitable, but critically to enjoy the ride and with the
relaxed Aussie can-do DNA that sits at the heart of Ministry.

Jimmy is the culinary heart of Ministry of Coffee and the flavour brain
behind everything that makes us different. Thirty years in food and beverage
across Sydney have given him an obsession for product that cannot be faked.

He knows the whole chain, not just what lands in the cup or on the plate.
Coffee, produce, suppliers, seasonality, nutrition, flavour. Jimmy drives
our Signature Blend and the Nourished line with the same care and the same
standard. He can tell you where a bean was grown, why it matters, and how an
ingredient should be treated. With his own organic farm in the Southern
Highlands, a real part of what we serve starts close to the source. Clean, organic,
honest, made properly.
